Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from lovehemp.uk and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt*. Goods must be unopened with seals in tact. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.
To cancel or return goods please contact us via email quoting your order number.
You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods for any Damages/Faults or incorrect products received.
Please use a secure tracked and signed service such as Royal Mail or a Courier provider when sending back an order as our returns team are not able to action any return without the order being received. Please also ensure that your full name and order number is confirmed inside the box so we can identify the order placed and contact you as soon as possible.
*Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchange
We gladly accept exchanges for defective products only. If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send a replacement. If the same product is unavailable, you may choose a similar product of equal value or opt for store credit.
